Job Description
We are excited to welcome new team members at RC for the position of Chat & Email Support Representative. Ideal candidates should possess at least 6 months of BPO experience, exceptional typing skills (minimum of 40 WPM), and strong written communication abilities.
Flexibility is key, as applicants must be available for varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, to ensure our customer support remains a top priority. The perfect candidate will exhibit patience, empathy, and proficiency in stress management.
