Job Description
We are excited to invite enthusiastic individuals to apply for the Chat & Email Support Representative position at RC. Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO environment.
- Strong typing skills, with a speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Availability for a regular schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and effective stress management capabilities.
- Exceptional writing, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to quickly adapt to challenges and resolve problems efficiently.
This role is a full-time opportunity, open to recent graduates. The monthly salary ranges from Php 23,00.00 to Php 26,00.00, with comprehensive paid training provided. Location: In-person.
