Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established operations and procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Ensure a single-call resolution, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience in BPO is a plus, but not required.
- At least a High School Graduate or ALS Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
Work Type: Full-time | Pay: Php 22,00.00 – Php 29,00.00 per month
