Job Responsibilities include:
- Following standard operations and procedures.
- Recognizing and escalating priority problems.

- Performing basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior experience is desirable but not mandatory.
