Job Description
Global Caldwell BPO is thrilled to announce an opening for the position of Chat/Email Support Specialist. In this role, you will follow standard operational procedures, address customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction through efficient one-call resolutions, and perform basic troubleshooting tasks.
We invite applicants with or without BPO experience, who possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. Full-time positions are available with flexible 8-hour shifts.
