Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives with the following qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).
- No BPO experience required, but excellent communication skills are a must.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome; BPO experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a positive attitude with customers.
- Responding promptly to inquiries.
- Communicating through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving complaints.
- Having good product knowledge for accurate information.
