Job Description
Telesys BPO is currently conducting a mass hiring campaign for Chat/Email Support Specialists at our Metro Manila locations. This is an excellent opportunity to earn up to 28,00 PHP monthly, along with an enticing 30,00 PHP sign-on bonus! No previous BPO experience is necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with booking processes via chat and email.
- Confirm bookings and issue e-tickets or confirmations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Guide customers in obtaining necessary travel documents.
- Promote additional services such as travel insurance and hotel accommodations.
