Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and efficient Chat/Email Ticketing Agent to join our team. As a Chat/Email Ticketing Agent, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service support through chat and email correspondences. You will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide relevant product information.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and delivering timely responses. Prior experience in a similar customer service or ticketing role is preferred.
