Caldwell Communications is hiring Chat Moderators to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals who can communicate effectively with customers, resolve issues promptly, and promote our clients’ products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Match customers’ needs with our clients’ products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer commitment.

Job Details:
