Job Description
TeleDial Call Center Inc is actively seeking a dedicated Chat Sales Support Representative to enhance our team. In this position, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through live chat, providing detailed product information, assisting customers throughout the sales process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Engaging with customers via real-time chat, delivering precise product information, guiding order placements, and identifying potential sales opportunities.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; a minimum of two years of chat sales support experience is preferred.
Work Schedule: Full-time with rotating shifts. Compensation ranges from Php20,00.00 to Php22,00.00 per month, along with benefits.
