Job Description
OTele Hires is excited to announce an opening for a friendly and professional Chat Support Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include providing accurate information about our products and effectively resolving customer complaints.
No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training. This position features a weekday schedule with weekends off, making it a perfect fit for those seeking a healthy work-life balance.
