Job Description
OTeleservices is looking for a committed Chat Support Agent to enhance our team in Ortigas. In this position, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries across multiple platforms, providing precise product information, and resolving complaints to guarantee outstanding customer satisfaction. No previous experience is required, as we offer thorough training to equip you for success.
Requirements: A friendly attitude, strong communication skills, comfort with phone and computer usage, and possession of a diploma (High School, College, or Vocational). Applicants must be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residency status.
What We Offer: A competitive salary ranging from Php 18,980.00 to Php 23,980.00 per month, health maintenance organization (HMO) coverage, 13th Month Pay, paid leave, flexible schedules, and additional benefits.
