Job Description

Join our team at Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) as a Chat Support Agent! We are looking for candidates with Good English Communication Skills who are Highschool graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, or K12/Senior Highschool Graduates. You must be willing to start ASAP, work on-site with a shifting schedule, and take on a full-time role.

Your responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues related to products, services, billing, and account management while ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer a monthly salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php28,00.00 and various benefits such as health insurance and paid training.
