Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 25k monthly! We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online chat platforms.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends in customer service.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
