Job Description
We are conducting a mass, one-day hiring event for Chat Support Agents at Sapient BPO (SGS Hub) in Metro Manila. Full-time, permanent, on-site position. No prior BPO experience required.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues via chat
- Escalate complex cases and recommend retention solutions
- Adhere to privacy and compliance guidelines
Compensation & benefits: ₱30,00 signing bonus, up to ₱28,00/month, HMO from day one (up to 3 dependents), 13th & 14th month pay, paid training, 30 leave days, allowances, bonuses, weekends off, night differential, holiday/OT pay, and possible hybrid/WFH after one year.
