Job Description
Teleservices Jobs Pro is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Agent to engage with customers across multiple channels, providing assistance and resolving issues with utmost professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Swiftly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Deliver precise information about our products and services.
- Effectively handle complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is preferred.
- Availability to work onsite on a shift basis.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or possess relevant residency status.
- A diploma is required.
Compensation: Php18,00.00 – Php24,892.00/month
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, weekdays only.
