Job Description
Join SGS – Sapient Global Services in Makati as a Chat Support Content Moderator! We are looking for candidates with at least Good English Communication Skills. We welcome High school graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, and K12/Senior High school Graduates.
You will handle customer calls, assist with product inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with orders, providing product information, and resolving complaints professionally.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php20,00.00 to Php30,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, company events, and opportunities for promotion.
