Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of Chat Support/Data Encoder. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive HMO coverage with free dependents from day one, and 20% additional maternity/paternity leave.
The selected candidates will be responsible for answering calls, assisting clients, and ensuring effective communication. We require excellent English communication skills. This position is open to college graduates without experience and high school graduates with prior BPO experience. Candidates must be willing to work onsite and reside within a 25-35 km radius.
The salary ranges from Php22,00.00 to Php30,00.00 per month.
