Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is excited to announce that we are expanding our team and are on the lookout for dedicated Chat Support/Data Encoder professionals. Key Responsibilities: Respond to phone inquiries, assist clients, manage email and internet communications, and maintain effective customer interactions. We encourage applications from recent graduates with no prior experience, as well as high school and senior high school graduates with previous BPO experience.
