We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents:

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers.
Qualifications:
- Must attend interview at Ortigas.
- 18 years old or above, Filipino Citizen.
- At least High School Graduate with basic English skills.
- Previous customer service experience in a call center is preferred.
