Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
This role involves assisting clients and customers in planning and arranging accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls for hotel reservations.
- Process hotel reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries professionally and timely.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database.
- Stay updated on hotel policies and promotions.
