- Provide customer support and assistance for gaming-related products or services
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to gaming products or services
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about gaming products or services
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as needed

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
