Qualifications:
- a. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- b. Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2nd year in College
- c. High School Graduates are accepted
- d. Conversant in English
- e. Must be amenable to work onsite
Responsibilities:
- May respond to call questions and complaints using standard procedures.
- Gather information, research/resolves queries, and log customer calls.
- Communicate relevant alternatives promptly.
- Inform clients about expert services and determine customer requirements.
- Provide guidance, instruction, and troubleshooting support to lower-level employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay Range: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
