Job Description
✓ At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
✓ We accept Non-BPO / No BPO experience with excellent communication skills.
✓ Fresh Graduates are accepted here.
✓ With BPO experience is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php21,500.00 per month
