- Meet customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets
- Propose resolutions and follow up with customers promptly
- Provide feedback to various teams to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
- High School Graduate
- 3 months phone/voice and 3 months chat experience in a BPO setup
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
- Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
