Caldwell Communications are continuously looking for candidates to join our team as Chat Support/Non-Voice – Food Delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first interaction when possible.
- Match customers’ needs with clients’ products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customers’ trust.
- Share information with internal and external parties.
