Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/assistance to clients
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns
- Assist participants and ensure a full understanding of critical information
Requirements:
- College degree preferred, no experience required
- High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience welcome
- Excellent English communication skills
- BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
- Onsite work within 25 km to 35 km
