- Responds to call questions and complaints using scripts
- Gathers information, researches, and logs customer calls
- Communicates alternatives promptly
- Guides clients in expert services selection
- Provides instruction and support to lower-level employees

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
