Job Description
We are continuously looking for candidates to join as Chat Support team members.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customers’ needs to our Clients’ products and services.
- Use persuasion skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients.
