Caldwell Communications are continuously looking for candidates to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Share relevant information with clients and colleagues.
