Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and provide assistance to clients
- Check mail, fax, and internet mail to assist customers
- Communicate with customers to address concerns
- Analyze participant questions
What we are looking for:
- Open to candidates without experience
- High School graduates with BPO experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Onsite work availability
- Located within 25km to 35km
