Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns professionally and accurately.
- Maintain empathy and patience in customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Willing to visit Ortigas site for an interview.
- Amenable to working onsite.
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status, 18 years old and above.
- High School Graduate, Conversant in English.
- Active listening skills and empathy are essential.
Nice to have (Optional):
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
