Job Description
Caldwell Communications offers a position for Chat Support (Pure Non-Voice) | Hotel Booking. Join our team and be responsible for:
- Handling customer queries via phone or written communication.
- Resolving customer concerns efficiently on the first contact.
- Matching customer needs with our services.
- Utilizing negotiation skills to address objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Sharing information with clients and colleagues effectively.
