Job Description
Asticom Group of Companies is seeking a Chat Support Representative. You will report to the Supervisor or Team Leader for Customer Service.
- Handle customer interactions through various channels including chat, calls, emails, and social media.
Thoroughly understand customers’ concerns and efficiently gather information to assess and fulfill their needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php 18,00.00 per month
