Job Description
Callhounds Global BPO is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Representative. Responsibilities include quickly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, identifying customer needs, and analyzing product issues.
Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of chat support experience, familiar with E-Commerce, and strong English communication skills. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00, with benefits.
