Job Description:
- Guaranteed non-voice/chat support for an exclusive account
- Act as the main contact point for the customers
- Reply to all incoming messages in a creative and courteous fashion
- Engage the customers to keep them online and chatting as long as possible
- Prepare engaging and interesting written content as per the guidelines provided
