- Chat Support Representative – Email Account
- Chat Support Representative – Gaming Account
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible, without needing to transfer the caller.
- Match customers’ demands with clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Communicate specific information to internal and external clients and share knowledge with colleagues.
