Job Description
- Build relationships with key employees among customers.
- Attract potential customers by responding to product and service queries and offering information about our products and services.
- Deliver customers with product and service information and resolve product and service concerns.
- Open customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Offer recommendations on potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
