Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Stay updated on product changes, promotions, and policies.
- Provide customers with relevant information about products and services.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Qualifications:
- Education: At least College Level
- Experience: Previous customer support or chat support experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong written communication, problem-solving abilities, multitasking, and customer service orientation.
- Technical: Proficient in using computers; familiarity with CRM and chat support software is a plus.
