Job Description
We are excited to announce a mass recruitment for Call Center Agents at our locations across Metro Manila! Earn a competitive salary of up to Php 28,00 per month, alongside a remarkable Php 30,00 sign-on bonus. No prior BPO experience is necessary!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via online chat, providing precise and helpful responses to their inquiries.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain current knowledge of company products and policies to offer effective support.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
