Job Description
SGS-CAREERS-PH is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Chat Support Representative. In this vital role, you will address customer inquiries and complaints by following established scripts and procedures. Your responsibilities include gathering information, conducting research, and resolving issues while accurately logging all interactions with customers. Your proficiency in communicating relevant alternatives will play a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour Shift | Work Location: On-site
