Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Chat Support Representative to join our team. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through online chat platforms. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be proficient in typing, and possess a strong customer service orientation. Prior experience in customer service or chat support is a plus. Training will be provided to familiarize you with our products and procedures.
