Job Description
Nature of Account: Business to business – talking to sports and concert ticket sellers via phone calls
Support Types: 25% for each type: phone, e-mail, SMS, chat
Educational Background:
- Old Curriculum: High School Graduate
- New Curriculum: K-12 Graduate
- With at least 6 months customer service experience
Job Responsibility:
- Responds to call questions and complaints following standard scripts.
- Gathers information, researches and resolves queries, and logs customer calls.
- Communicates relevant alternatives promptly.
- Provides guidance to lower-level employees.
