Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team at Sapient Careers Makati.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Non-BPO/No BPO experience with excellent communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- BPO experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive attitude towards customers
- Respond promptly to inquiries
- Communicate effectively through various channels
- Resolve customer complaints and provide product knowledge
