Responsibilities:
- Responding to Customer Inquiries: Addressing customer questions, concerns, and requests through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Providing Product or Service Information: Offering detailed information about the company’s products or services, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Resolving Customer Issues: Investigating and resolving customer complaints, problems, or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handling Returns and Exchanges: Processing returns, exchanges, or refunds following the company’s policies and procedures.
