Job Description
We are seeking a Chat Support Specialist to manage live-chat inquiries for booking accounts. You will assist customers with booking creation, modifications, cancellations, payment issues, and account verification while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
- Promptly resolve customer issues and document interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with operations teams and proactively suggest relevant upsell opportunities.
- Ensure clear, empathetic, and accurate written communication.
Requirements: excellent written English (US), fast typing, strong problem-solving and empathy, familiarity with booking platforms, flexibility for shift work, minimum high school diploma; 1+ year of chat or customer service experience preferred.
