Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Chat Support Specialists. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via chat, deliver vital information, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication. We value candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow; prior experience is not mandatory.
Ideal applicants should possess excellent English communication skills and be prepared to work on-site within a 25km to 35km radius.
