Job Description
Caldwell Connect BPO is seeking a dynamic Chat Support Specialist to join our growing team. We offer an industry-leading benefits package that includes a competitive salary, 13th-month pay, HMO with three free beneficiaries on day one, and work-life balance programs.
Your responsibilities will include answering clients’ inquiries via phone calls, managing emails, and providing excellent customer assistance. We’re looking for candidates who have completed college (no experience required) or are high school graduates with BPO experience.
We’re interested in individuals with strong English communication skills, who can work onsite, and are located within 25km to 35km of our office.
