Job Description
We are seeking a professional Live Chat Support Specialist to provide courteous, efficient assistance via live chat. Duties include answering inquiries, troubleshooting, processing orders, escalating complex cases, and maintaining accurate records while meeting response-time and satisfaction KPIs.
- Requirements: strong written English, fast typing, empathy, analytical problem-solving, basic computer literacy, and familiarity with CRM/chat platforms.
- Preferred: 1+ year of customer support or chat experience.
