Job Description
OTeleservices is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Ortigas. In this role, you will efficiently respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a professional manner. We provide extensive training for all employees, so no prior experience is necessary.
This position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule, allowing weekends off in a supportive work environment. We are looking for candidates who are friendly, possess strong communication skills, and are either Filipino citizens or have the appropriate residency status. A diploma is required, and proficiency in English is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php18,980.00 to Php23,980.00 per month, along with additional benefits.
